My particular problem is double taxation suffered by a company, which I need to offset against the corporation tax liability for the year. The tax has been deducted from the trading income of the company.

We are now in design and discovery for Double Taxation Relief, if anyone can add some commentary to support we are specifically looking for more information & feedback as to the type of foreign income on which you wish to make a Double Taxation Relief claim.

Good morning, not an exact timeframe outside of 'this summer' just yet, the team are just finalising the annual compliance updates for Personal and Corporation Tax and have the following items that are in design, we aim to complete them back to back.

• Double Taxation Relief

• RDEC

• Ability to add multiple disposals

Once we have a size for each piece of work I will update this thread.
