Yes the old director did have the loan account. However the note still indicates that it is a current company director which clearly he isn't. It is a family company; Is there a way we can transfer this loan to the existing director.��

Without seeing the data, it's likely that the director still has loan amounts applied to the director. Both the UK and ROI notes are configured to display rows if there are values set against the director rather than whether the director is still serving. There perhaps may be an option to move it to an 'other debtor' rather than retain it against a non serving director, assuming it is still being paid off?

At this point it may be better to contain our support team who will be able to remote assist if they need to investigate further.
