I am quite perplexed not to have seen this be an option or recommended.
Simply put, currently the only way of entering information on to Sage Accounts Production is to do manual entry of each journal, or importing a trial balance [without breakdowns].
For accountants who enter journals with details and like to see clear and simple nominal accounts with journals that make up the balance, this can take hours for larger clients, multiplied by the number of clients they have.
Importing journals will reduce days of time over the year and contribute massively to staying with Sage Accounts Production.
Please note i use two other accounts production software and this is standard practice for both of them.
