I have amended the section to show Partners instead of Directors, however it hasn't changed on the Engagement letter.

With the limited information we have I have been advised of the following options
a) reach out to support via the support chat in the product
b) the GP Ideas board is here https://goproposal.ideas.aha.io/ideas
However it sounds like something that is fixable vs a feature that needs to be delivered.
