Getting ready to MTD is going to be very challenging.

I need to quickly find what clients we need to prioritise, other accountants will be the same.

Looking for one report that can interrogate the turnover for every client we have.

This report would go through all of our clients at the same time to produce a list

EXPECTED DATA RESULT

A report for all clients over > £50,000

Clients over > £30,000

Clients over > £20,000

MONITOR

To be able to monitor clients I am asking for a historic turnover figures, this can give me a trend to work on. It could be that in 2023 they were under £30,000, then in 2024 they were £38,000, then in 2025 they were £46,000. From this I would determine that this clients would be over the £50,000 in 2026, and need to be registered

To give an example (past 4 year) 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025

2024 38,000

2025 46,000

2026 > than 50,000 (need to register )

Another function of the report is that I could input the figure

I could search for clients >45,000 rather that >50,000 as I could quickly see the ones that are almost at the threshold

The fixed reports would work, and also the customised ones will give me some extra help, finding the ones that are about to go over.
