This would be useful to give our customers reassurance that their payment has been received. Many customers call or email us asking for confirmation that their payment/bank transfer has been received. Currently, I email them another copy of their Invoice showing that it has been paid, it often confuses the customer as it's an 'invoice' & the customer does not need all the information again but simply a proof of payment. If there was an option to email a receipt to the customer, that would cut down time for us & show the customer that the payment has been received. The statement option is only relevant if the customer has several transactions in/out. We produce several small invoices for a large amount of individual customers & so a simple receipt would be ideal.
