We have recently had two sets of accounts returns by the CRO that have been NIL and have had dashes on the balance sheet instead of zeros, we spent a bit of time trying to get the zeros to show on accounts production and I called support and they said there was no way to do this. It would save us a lot of time if there was a tick box on accounts production to show zeros instead of dashes in the accounts. We had to manually edit the PDF sets of accounts.
