When chosen Finished (instead of In progress) the software should lock the return for editing fixing the IR Mark - there should be also a declaration attached to the IR mark, at the moment I produce this manually however when the return is filed (without changing anything just going to the computation page) the submission receipt comes back with another mark. This would be great for audit trail - unless I am missing something
