When Cos Hse refuse to accept paper accounts, we will be forced to e-file accounts for larger audit clients. The formatting and output of iXBRL file that gets publicly filed is of such poor quality that we believe we would lose these clients due to poor systems. We do not want to seek another solution and provider but unless the document filed better represents the Word Output from within SAPA we may be forced to look elsewhere.
