We moved our smaller clients over from SAPA (Sage Accounts Production Advanced) to Sage Cloud. They have all commented that the accounts generated by Sage cloud look unprofessional and the font is childish. Why can you not match the font of SAPA?

Yes. This and the layout - the margins are too wide, so what should be a one page for a typical Statement of Financial Position is spilling onto 2 pages. Also the detailed P&L should fit onto 1 page, mostly, with the odd situation where it appears over 2 - currently all my "simple" clients are falling over 3 pages because of the groupings, headings and LARGE spacing between each of those headings/groupings. Looks noddy and unprofessional (along with the font point raised by Claire)
Agreed, also the layout should be looked at.
