We have recently had two separate limited company submissions which were filed with the incorrect authentication code. This was our error, but SAPA did not send us a notification to say that these accounts had been rejected by Companies House. It also didn't notify us that the authentication code was incorrect during the ixbrl process. As a result, both companies missed their filing deadlines and had £150 penalty each, which we had to cover.
